- Stock Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after an order is placed, our support team will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Order Acceptance & Modification
- Order Confirmation: Receiving an automated email or SMS receipt does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Wiwibabymart reserves the right to verify, hold, or cancel any transaction for security or logistics reasons.

6. Return, Replacement & Cancellation
Your child's safety is our priority. Our return policy is governed strictly by safety and hygiene standards:
- Eligibility: Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (video/photos).
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, opened baby cosmetics, half-used lotions, innerwear, and unsealed feeding accessories cannot be returned unless delivered damaged.
